Another great session yesterday with mums, carers and children of ages from 4 months to 3 years.

We talked about how we can encourage our children to be independent and to explore in an healthy and safe way (not too much, not too little). We discovered this type of behaviour has roots in their attachment style, and we came to some inexpected conclusions!
